摘要
对网络广告的有效监管不仅关系到电子商务环境的发展,更加关乎各通过网络平台购买商品或服务者的合法权益。文章提出了电子商务网络广告需从五个方面进行行政监管。
The effective supervision of the network advertising is not only related to the positive development of e-commerce environment, but also more about the legitimate rights and interests of the purchase of goods or services through the network platform. The article puts forward that the electronic commerce advertisement should be carried out from five aspects.
