摘要
高校博物馆是科学教育活动的重要载体,是培养科学精神和人文精神、进行科学实践和科学教师培训的重要场所。资源整合程度、社会服务能力和水平、专业人才等因素是高校博物馆发挥科学教育功能的限制因素。针对这几方面的问题,可通过加强资源整合、社会宣传、人才队伍建设力度的方式来提升高校博物馆的核心竞争能力,拓宽其社会服务能力,充分发挥高校博物馆的科学教育功能。
The university museum is an important carrier of scientific and educational activities, and an important place to train peoples＇ humanistic spirit, and carry out practices and teachers＇ training. Resource integration, social service ability and level, professional personnel and other factors are the limiting factors. To solve these problems, the integration of resources, the social propaganda and talent team construction can be strengthened to enhance its core competency, broaden its social service ability, and fully play its science educational function.
