Practice and Research on Multi Ball Practice Teaching Method in the Tennis Elective Course in Universities——Taking Kunming University of Science and Technology City College as an Example

随着网球运动的流行,大学网球公选课已成为热门课程。通过对照班和实验班的教学效果对比分析,多球练习教学法可以有效提升大学生的网球基本技能,同时也可以解决高校网球选修课中普遍存在的学生多、网球少、网球场地不足等一系列问题。

With the popularity of tennis, the elective course of tennis in universities has been warmly welcome. The comparison analysis of teaching effect of the control class and the experimental class shows that the multi ball practice teaching method can effectively promote the students＇ basic skills of tennis, and also can solve a series of problems such as more students, less tennis and tennis courts prevalent in the tennis elective course in universities.
