摘要
重点阐述了330 MW亚临界锅炉末级过热器T23材质管爆管原因,通过对运行参数、爆管的位置、二级减温水的投运、温度升降速率进行了深入分析,指出造成T23管子内壁氧化皮的产生和剥落机理,同时提出了预防措施。
This paper expounded tube explosion reasons of T23 material used in final stage superheater of 330 MW subcritical boiler. By the thorough analysis of running parameters, tube explosion site, secondary water temperature reduction operation, temperature fluctuation rate, this paper pointed out production and spalling mechanism of inner wall oxide scale of T23 pipe, and put forward prevention measures at the same time.
