The Study of Public Participation in the Construction of Rural Communities

在已有研究的基础上,探讨了公众参与社区建设的主要内容,阐述并总结了公众参与与社区建设的辩证统一关系,提出农村社区建设的公众参与主体,并且结合实例提出农村社区建设中存在参与主体不足、参与素质低下以及主体意识不强等问题,总结了存在问题的原因并提出建议,旨在为农村社区建设中的公众参与研究提供便利。

The paper,based on the previous studies,discusses the main part of public＇s participation in constructing rural communities and,elaborates and analyzes the dialectical unification relation between public participation and community construction.It concludes that the public are the main participants in building community,and emphasizes such problems as inadequate participants,participants with low qualification and weak consciousness in the process.At last it summarizes the corresponding reasons and puts forward suggestions to provide inference for the future research.
