摘要
针对胡家河煤矿瓦斯抽放浓度过低进行了钻孔密封试验研究,结果表明:卸压后新型柔性膏体密封材料通过二次注浆可明显提高瓦斯抽放浓度;虽为可抽放煤层,但由于煤层过厚,瓦斯含量低,矿压大等因素,单依靠提高瓦斯抽放钻孔密封质量难以保障抽放效果,应通过卸压增透措施以及提高采面前卸压区瓦斯抽放提高瓦斯抽放率。
According to the problem of low gas concentration of gas drainage in Hujiahe Coal Mine,the experimental research of the sealing of gas drainage boreholes was taken. The results show that the new flexible paste sealing material can significantly improve the gas drainage concentration by second grouting. Due to the thick coal seam,low gas content and obvious strata behavior,the gas drainage effect cannot ensured only by improving the sealing quality of gas drainage boreholes. To advance gas drainage rate,the measures of releasing pressure,increasing permeability and enhancing gas drainage in distressed area of coal mining face must be used.
