摘要
王村煤矿在回采巷道掘进中一直采用"锚网+U型棚"联合支护。为了简化施工工序、提高掘进单进、降低支护成本,该矿与科研机构联合在14505轨道巷中部进行了锚网索支护实验,在保证巷道支护强度的前提下,取消巷道内的可缩性U型棚支护。实验表明,此种支护形式在王村煤矿能够有效的控制巷道两帮移近量,保证巷道有效使用断面。
The combined support of "anchor-mesh + U-shape shed"was always used for mining roadway excavation in Wangcun Coal Mine. In order to reduce construction process,improve advance rate of roadway driving and reduce support cost,the bolt-mesh-cable support experiment was conducted in the middle of №14505 roadway by Wangcun Coal Mine and research institution. The experiment shows that the new support form can effectively control the roadway deformation and ensure the effective cross section.
