高铁对海南旅游用地生态安全格局的影响研究

A Study of the Impact of Express Train Development on the Safety Pattern of Regional Ecology on the Island——A Case Study of Hainan Tourism Island

高铁助推旅游业的发展。高铁带来负面生态效应却往往被忽视。海南旅游用地缺乏生态监管,滨海环境已遭受一定的破坏和污染,生态安全受到威胁。高铁发展带来的区域旅游格局的改变对海南区域承载力产生巨大压力,对区域土地利用格局产生影响,对区域文化产生冲击。海南应研究高铁背景下旅游用地生态效应机制和生态安全机理,建立旅游用地生态安全评价和预警机制,制定高铁背景下旅游生态安全调控的技术标准和对策措施,为国际旅游岛建设保驾护航。

While the express train has boosted the development of tourism, its negative ecological effect has often been overlooked. Due to poor ecological supervision over tourism land-use, the environment of some eoastal areas has been somewhat devastated and contaminated, thus having threatened the ecological security. Moreover, changes in the pattern of regional tourism caused by express train development have imposed enormous pressure on the bearing capacity of Hainan as well as have affected the regional land-use pattern and regional culture. As is opined in this paper, efforts should be made to study the ecological effect and ecological security mechanism of tourism land-use in the context of express train development, to build the ecological security evaluation and early warning mechanism for tourism land-use and to develop technical standards and countermeasures for ecological safe- ty control in the context of express trains so as to safeguard the construction of Hainan international tourism destination.
