With the development of global economic integration, talent cultivating has become diversified, with the comprehensive quality of college students being increasingly emphasized and their leadership potential and art highlighted. The study of college students＇leadership has become a heated topic in society and the educational circles. Therefore, it is necessary to realize the definition of leadership of college students, to analyze its components and to clarify its influence factors. Meanwhile, efforts must be made to explore the approach to cultivating and enhancing college students ＇ leadership so as to provide useful reference and experience for the cultivation of leadership of college students in China.
