摘要
本文从矛盾普遍性与特殊性出发,阐述团队在目标、成员、文化、制度上的统一性与多样性,并以名言警句、典型案例为支撑,探讨团队建设中的人员辨识和用人激励问题。建议在感情、事业、待遇方面分别采取"刚柔并济,恩威并施""重用提拔,兼容并蓄""对症下药,满足需要"的方法,充分发挥每个人的能动性。
According to the contradiction of universality and particularity, this article expounds the unity and diversity of the team in goal, members, culture and institution. It discusses the staff identification and use of incentives, taking aphorisms and typical cases as the support. It suggests that, "rigid and soft, grace and authority", "reuse and promotion, fully inclusive and equitable" , "antidote against the disease, meets the needs", should be applied to emotion, cause and treatment, making full use of the initiative of everybody.
