摘要
射血分数保留的心衰过去通常称为舒张性心力衰竭,近年来对它的关注及研究不断增加,但其发病机制、诊断标准和治疗措施仍存在很多争议。现根据近年来相关领域的研究结果,对射血分数保留的心力衰竭的病因、诊断及治疗等作一综述。
The ejection fraction is usually reserved for heart failure in the past called diastolic heart failure, attention and research in recent years, it continues to increase, but its pathogenesis, diagnostic criteria and therapeutic measures are still a lot of controversy. Based on the results of recent research in related fields of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction, etiology, diagno-sis and treatment are reviewed.
