坎地沙坦联合贝那普利治疗原发性高血压及其对患者血脂的影响效果分析

Affect the Results Analysis of Candesartan Combined Benazepril in Patients with Essential Hypertension and Lipids

目的探讨坎地沙坦联合贝那普利治疗原发性高血压及其对患者血脂的影响效果。方法选取2013年1月～2014年1月我院收治的160例原发性高血压。随机分为对照组和观察组各80例。对照组患者采用贝那普利治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予坎地沙坦治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗前后收缩压和舒张压改善情况和TC、TG、LDL—C及HDL—C等血脂指标的变化情况：观察记录两组患者的降压效果及治疗过程中的不良反应。结果治疗后，观察组患者收缩压和舒张压较治疗前明显降低，且效果明显好于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组患者治疗总有效率为92．5％，明显高于对照组的73．8％（P〈0．05）。观察组患者TC、TG、LDL—C三项血脂指标明显降低，HDL—C明显升高，其血脂调节效果明显好于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论坎地沙坦联合贝那普利治疗措施具有明显的降压效果。也可调节血脂平衡，安全性较高。值得进一步推广应用。

Objective Candesartan explore joint benazepril in patients with essential hypertension and blood lipid effects.Methods Select January 2013-January 2014 in our hospital 160 cases of essential hypertension. Were randomly divided into control group and observation group 80 cases. The control group of patients using only benazepril, the observation group were treated with candesartan treatment on the basis of the control group. Two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment of systolic and diastolic blood pressure changes to improve the situation and TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C and other lipid parameters; the antihypertensive effect and treatment groups were observed and recorded the adverse reactions.Results After treatment, patients were observed systolic and diastolic blood pressure was significantly lower than before treatment, and the effect is significantly better than the control patients（P〈0.05）.Patients in the observation group total efficiency of up to 92.5%, significantly higher than the 73.8%（P〈0.05）. After treatment, patients were observed TC, TG, LDL-C decreased three lipid levels, HDL-C significantly increased its lipid regulating effect is significantly better than the control patients（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in patients in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group of patients, these differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Candesartan combined with benazepril treatment has significant antihypertensive effect, but also regulate blood lipid balance, high security, deserve further application.
