摘要 目的:从"补养、调养、助养"的均衡角度,探讨饮食的全面营养观,为指导临床合理饮食提供理论依据。方法:融合现代营养学与传统中医理论,归纳食物的营养功能。结果:饮食补养,主要包括补益脏腑和提供能量两部分作用;饮食调养,表现在调节阴阳和脏腑生理功能;而食物助养,则是通过食物"散、通、化、消"等,以促进补养和调养,发挥助养作用。结论:饮食"补、调、助"的合理应用,对于完成新陈代谢的基本营养过程,具有重要意义。 Objective: To discuss the comprehensive nutrition view of diet to provide theoretical guidance for more rational diet.Methods: Nutritive effect of food was concluded on theoretical integration of nutriology and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Results:Dietary tonifying role mainly includes replenishing viscera and providing energy. Dietary nursing role reflects in the regulation of Yin and Yang and physiologic function of viscera. Diet assisting role shows in promoting tonifying and nursing role according to sweating,relaxing the bowels,removing food retention and qi stagnation,etc. Conclusion: Rational application of dietary tonifying,nursing and assisting role has the vital significance to accomplishing the basic nutritional process.
