试论增水行舟法治疗糖尿病足干性坏疽

Discussion on Therapy of Increasing Liquid and Bearing Boat on Diabetic Foot Dry Gangrenes

局部组织严重缺血导致糖尿病患者足部发生干性坏疽。增水行舟法是在益气、养阴、养血兼通络的内治基础上,使得局部的微循环得到改善,水增舟行而使正常组织与坏死组织出现分界线,甚至将坏死组织托起,然后通过保湿外治法增液,促使干性坏疽组织与正常组织分离,创面逐渐愈合的治疗方法。增水行舟法治疗糖尿病足干性坏疽内外兼治,在临床中较为实用。

In diabetic patients,local tissue severely ischemia cause foot dry gangrene. The therapy of increasing liquid and bearing boat is based on the internal treatment rule of qi,yin,nourishing and meridians. It improves the local microcirculation,appearing boundaries between normal tissue and necrotic tissue. And then apply external moisturizer method for increasing liquid,prompting dry gangrene tissue and normal tissue separation,the wound healing gradually. Internal and external treatment combination for increasing liquid and bearing boat treatment of diabetic foot dry gangrene is more practical in clinic.
