针灸治疗肿瘤患者腹胀的临床研究

Clinical Research of Improvement of Malignant Abdominal Distension by Acupuncture

目的:研究针灸治疗对恶性肿瘤患者腹胀症状的改善作用。方法:收集在辽宁中医药大学附属医院肿瘤科住院的伴有腹胀症状的肿瘤患者,分为试验组(针灸治疗+中药加热外敷治疗)40例和对照组(中药加热外敷治疗)33例。两组均连续治疗14 d。观察两组患者腹胀、腹痛,伴随消化道系统症状的改善情况,以及对患者生活质量的改善情况。结果:1试验组对腹胀症状治疗的有效率(90.0%)要高于对照组(77.8%);2试验组对轻度腹胀症状治疗的有效率(100%)高于重度腹胀症状治疗的有效率(84%);3试验组与对照组均能改善腹胀的伴随症状以及一般状态(KPS评分),但两组没有显著差别(P>0.05)。结论:1针灸能更有效地改善恶性肿瘤患者的腹胀症状;2针灸对于轻度腹胀治疗效果更好。

Objective： To research the treatment of acupuncture to malignant abdominal distension. Methods： To collect the inpatients with malignant abdominal distension in the department of oncology of the affiliated hospital of the Liaoning University of TCM and divide them into the testing group（ acupuncture ＋ heating herbal external using） and the controlling group（ heating herbal external using）. There were 40 patients in the testing group and 33 patients in the controlling group. They were both treated for 14 days. To observe the improvement of abdominal distension,abdominal pain and accompanied by gastrointestinal symptoms of two groups. Results： （1）The efficient of the testing group to the abdominal distension was higher than that of the controlling group（ P〈0. 05）. The rate of the testing group was 90% and that of the controlling group was 77. 8%.（ 2）The rate to mild abdominal distension of the testing group（ 100%） was higher than sever abdominal distension（ 84%）. （3）The efficacy of the two groups to the accompanied symptoms were the same. After treatment,the patients general status score was increased. The scores of two groups were both low with no statistically significant difference. Conclusion：（ 1）Acupuncture can effectively improve the abdominal distension of the patients with cancer. （2）The efficacy of acupuncture to mild abdominal distension is better.
