摘要
目的:探讨皮神经卡压大鼠模型致痛物质缓激肽(BK)、组胺(HIS)的变化。方法:Wistar大鼠40只,分成4组,A组:隐神经不做任何处理;B组:以内径0.5 mm的硅胶管卡压隐神经;C组:以内径0.5 mm的硅胶管卡压隐神经,两周后去除硅胶管;D组:以内径0.5 mm的硅胶管卡压隐神经,两周后行铍针治疗。4周后测定机体自身所分泌的致痛因子BK、HIS的浓度。结果:4周后B组致痛因子BK、HIS的浓度明显高于A组,有统计学意义,C组和D组致痛因子BK、HIS的浓度比较无统计学意义。结论:皮神经卡压大鼠致痛物质BK、HIS明显高于正常,导致疼痛,经减压后,疼痛缓解,致痛物质BK、HIS浓度趋于正常,证明通过减压可抑制机体释放降低痛阈的物质达到缓解疼痛的疗效。
Objective: To investigate the cutaneous nerve entrapment model rats algogenic substance of bradykinin( BK) and histamine( HIS) changes. Methods: 40 Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups,group A: the saphenous nerve,no treatment; group B: with the diameter of 0. 5 mm silica gel tube clamp pressure saphenous nerve; group C: with the diameter of 0. 5 mm silica gel tube clamp pressure saphenous nerve,two weeks after the removal of silicone tube; group D: with the diameter of 0. 5 mm silica gel tube clamp pressure saphenous nerve,after two weeks of Pizhen therapy. Determine the concentration of induced pain factor of bradykinin( BK) and histamine( HIS) after 4 weeks. Results: Four weeks later,B group induced pain factor of bradykinin( BK) and histamine( HIS) concentrations were significantly higher than those in A group and there was statistical significance. C group and D group induced pain factor of bradykinin( BK) and histamine( HIS) concentration had no statistical significance. Conclusion:Cutaneous nerve entrapment rat pain substance of bradykinin( BK) and histamine( HIS) was significantly higher than normal,resulting in pain. After decompression,relief of pain,pain caused substances of bradykinin( BK) and histamine( HIS) concentration tended to be normal,proving decompression can inhibit the release of low threshold substances to reach effect of pain relief.
