摘要
针对某特殊环境下微小片状颗粒的厚度测量问题,给出了一种基于图像增强的在线测量方法。利用颗粒采样装置获取含有颗粒与标定板的图像,采用小波变换与形态学结合的方法进行图像增强处理,消除阴影与杂质干扰;采用标定算法对标定板图像进行标定,通过标定结果和最小外接矩形方法获取颗粒厚度信息。实验结果表明,该方法与传统千分尺测量方法的平均测量结果相差不大,能够代替千分尺测量工作,从而可实现颗粒厚度的在线测量。
In order to measure the thickness of micro flake granules under specific environment, the online measuring method based on image enhancement is provided. The images of granules and calibration target are acquired by using the sampling device, and the image enhancing process is conducted by the method combining wavelet transform and morphology, and the shadow and the interference of impurities are eliminated. The image of calibration target is calibrated by adopting calibration algorithm; the thickness information of granule is obtained through calibration result and minimum bounding rectangle method. The experimental results show that the average measurement result of this method is not much different from the result measured by traditional method using micrometer, so it can replace the micrometer, to implement online thickness measurement for granules.
