摘要 针对抽油机存在的倒发电情况以及变频节能设备在机采系统中的广泛应用,设计了一款抽油机专用智能电表。基于瞬时功率理论与自适应谐波滤波器,实现抽油机交变载荷特殊工况下谐波分析与电能双向计量。具体介绍了智能电表的结构原理与计量分析算法。测试结果表明,该智能电表计量具有精度高、抗干扰能力好、频率跟随能力强的特点,可广泛应用于抽油机采油动态监控和实时评价系统。 Aiming at the reverse power generation phenomenon of pumping unit, and the condition of variable frequency energy saving equipment has been widely used in mechanical recovery system, the dedicated smart meter for pumping unit is designed. Based on instantaneous power theory and the adaptive notch filter, the harmonic analysis under alternating load operation condition of pumping unit and bidirectional power measurement are realized. The structural principle of the smart meter, and metering analysis algorithm are introduced specifically. The test results show that the meter has high measurement accuracy, good anti-interference capability, stronger frequency following capability, and can be widely used in dynamic monitoring and real-time evaluation systems of mechanical recovery.
