摘要
针对铁矿生产工艺的多样性,采用矿浆管道与传感器一一对应原则,对超声波浓度计传感器重新选型。考虑到矿浆粒度的粗细,对传感器间距进行调整。按照实际工艺化验数据,对超声波浓度计进行校准。试验结果证明,超声波浓度计在铁矿厂中的测量精确度得到提升,使用零点校准法及三点标定法对超声波浓度计进行数据标定将成为铁矿厂应用的方向。
Aiming at the diversity of iron ore production processes, by using the one to one principle for slurry pipeline and sensor, the model of ultrasonic concentration sensor is re-selected. Considering the thickness degree of slurry granularity, the spacing of sensors is adjusted. In accordance with the assay data of practical technological process, the ultrasonic densitometer is calibrated. The test results prove that the measurement accuracy of ultrasonic densitometer in iron ore plant is upgraded, and the zero point calibrating method and three-point calibrating method will become the applicable direction for data calibration of ultrasonic densitometers in iron ore plant.
