全数字化乳腺摄影和彩超对乳腺疾病的诊断效果分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨全数字化乳腺摄影和彩超对乳腺疾病的临床诊断效果。方法对来笔者医院诊治的40例乳腺疾病患者资料进行分析,患者均行彩色多普勒超声和全数字化乳腺摄影检查,将两种检查结果与病理结果对比,分析两种诊断方法的准确性。结果本组40例中,29例病理阳性,11例病理阴性;全数字化乳腺摄影检查27例阳性,13例阴性,阳性诊断符合率为93.1%;彩超检查17例阳性,23例阴性,阳性符合率为58.6%,全数字化乳腺摄影阳性诊断符合率高于彩超(P<0.01)。29例年龄>40岁患者中,病理诊断阳性22例,阴性7例;全数字化乳腺摄影检查阳性符合率为90.9%(20/22),高于彩超检查的阳性符合率(54.5%,12/22)(P<0.01);11例年龄≤40岁患者中,病理诊断8例阳性,3例阴性;全数字化乳腺摄影检查阳性符合率87.5%(7/8),高于彩超检查的阳性符合率(62.5%,5/8),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论全数字化乳腺摄影对乳腺疾病的诊断准确率比彩超高,应作为乳腺疾病的常规诊断方法。但其对于≤40岁患者的诊断准确率不高,需要结合其他方法诊断。 Objective To discuss the clinical diagnostic effects of full digital mammography and color Doppler ultrasound on lacteal gland diseases. Methods Analysis was made in the clinical data of 40 patients with lacteal gland disease who received the treatment in our hospital. They all underwent color Doppler ultrasound and full digital mammography examinations. Comparison was made in the results and pathological results diagnosed by the two methods, Results Among the 40 cases, there were 29 pathologically positive cases and 11 pathologically negative ones. Full digital mammography showed that 27 cases were positive and 13 were negative with the positive diagnose accordance rate of 93.1%; the color Doppler ultrasound showed 17 cases were positive and 23 were negative with the positive diagnose accordance rate of 58.6% which was lower than that of the full digital mammography (P 〈 0.01). Among the 29 patients whose age was larger than 40 years old, the pathological diagnosis showed that 22 cases were positive and 7 were negative The positive diagnosis accordance rate of the full digital mammography was 90.9% (20/22), which was higher than that of the color Doppler ultrasound (54.5%, 12/22)(P 〈 0.01). Among the 11 cases with the age of or under 40 years old, the pathological diagnosis showed 8 cases were positive and 3 were negative. The diagnosis accordance rate of the full digital mammography was 87.5% (7/8), which was higher than that of the color Doppler ultrasound (62.5%, 5/8). However, the difference was not significant (P 〉0.05). Conclusion Full digital mammography has a higher accuracy than color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of lacteal gland diseases. It should be used as a routine method for the diagnosis of lacteal gland diseases. But its accuracy of the diagnosis for the patients ≤40 years old is not high, and other methods should be also used in the diagnosis.
