摘要
设计了一种无行程开关(传感器)往/返运动控制电路,设计并给出其二次开发应用方案.系统采用自带多路A/D的MCS51单片机为主控芯片,通过判断给定电源的电流方向来确定系统的运动方向(往/返),通过检测负载电流的大小来判断是否运动到位,由单片机通过继电器控制直流电动机启/停与正/反转带动执行机构实现往/返运动控制.给出了利用该系统在电动伸缩遮阳板的应用方案,系统可广泛应用在智能家居和汽车智能控制方面.
We design a to / back motion control circuit with non- travel switch( sensor). This design gives its secondary development applications. The system uses MCS51 with multiple A / D as the main chip,to detemine the system's direction( to / back) through the current direction of the given power,and to judge whether the movement in place by detecting the load current. The microcontroller through the relay to control DC motor start / stop and forward / reverse actuator implementation to / back motion contor. We also give the application program using the system in electric retractable sun visor,which can be widely used in smart home and smart car control.
