《教师专业标准》视域下特教教师素质现状及培养对策

The Present Situation and Cultivation Countermeasures of Special Education Teachers' Diathesis on the New Teachers' Professional Standards

教师素质对于教师自身及其学生的发展起着重大作用,特教教师是教师群体的一部分,虽然特教教师面临的学生升学压力较小,但由于特教教师面对的是有特殊需要的学习者,因此,他们的素质也尤为重要。鉴于此,根据《教师专业标准》,采用文献研究法,对特殊教育教师素质的特点进行了分析,并提出培养意见和建议,以期提高特教教师素质,提高特殊教育的质量和效果。

Teachers plays a very important role in teachers’ and students’ development, and special education teachers are a part of teachers’ group. Although they have less press on students further study, they have to face to special needs of students. This article analyzes the characteristics of special education teachers’ diathesis, through deep analyses and raises some cultivation suggestion in order to improve the quality of special education.
