三维电解剖标测及磁导航系统在儿童快速性心律失常射频消融治疗中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 经导管射频消融已成为治疗小儿快速性心律失常的重要手段。传统的消融手术是在X线透视引导下进行的,但是X线透视会对人体产生一定的辐射损伤,且儿童对辐射的敏感性较成人更高,因此,如何减少儿童心律失常患者消融手术过程中X线透视量已成为研究的热点。目前除了传统X线透视方法外,具有零辐射特点的心内标测及磁导航系统已经开始应用于儿科临床,其中应用较多的是CARTO系统、EnSiteNavX系统、非接触标测系统及磁导航系统。临床研究表明,上述三维电解剖标测、磁导航系统的应用能显著减少消融手术过程中X线透视的时间,提高复杂及特殊类型心律失常的手术成功率,减少术后复发率及严重并发症的发生率,因而在儿科领域有广阔的应用前景。
