摘要
以碳纤维为前驱体,采用混酸(硫酸和硝酸)氧化制备石墨烯量子点。通过调节反应的温度和时间,可制备出平均直径为2.0~3.9 nm,发射波长为482~525 nm的石墨烯量子点。不同发光的石墨烯量子点有利于其在生物成像、荧光传感及光电子器件中的应用。
Graphene quantum dots(GQDs) were synthesized via chemical oxidation of carbon fibers by using the sulfuric acid and nitric acid mixture. By adjusting the reaction conditions(temperature and time), the average diameters of GQDs can be modulated from 2.0 to 3.9 nm, and photoluminescence(PL) wavelengths can be changed from 482 to 525 nm. The prepared GQDs of various PL colors benefit their applications in bioimaging, fluorescent sensing and optoelectronics devices.
