摘要
采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法,通过研究女大学生身体成分、心肺适能、肌肉力量和耐力、柔韧性5个指标,分析拉丁舞和大众健美操锻炼前后健康体适能变化。研究结果表明,大众健美操和拉丁舞都能够有效提高健康体适能。拉丁舞组体重指数、腰臀比减少具有非常显著性差异。大众健美操组体脂比减少,心血管机能耐力提高,腿部肌肉力量和爆发力增加具有非常显著性差异。
By methods of literature consultation, experiments and mathematical statistics, the paper presents a study of the effects of aerobics and latin dance on physical fitness of female university students by analyzing the relevant index of the physical fitness changes between the pre-test and the post-test. The results show that aerobics and latin dance have positive effects on physical fitness of female university students. Latin dance group has great effect on the improvement of BMI 、BF%. Aerobics exercise group has great effect on the improvement of WHR, cardiopulmonary fitness, leg strength and explosive force.
