摘要
以软件工程教学实践为例,针对工科学生特点,探讨了其非技术性能力的培养问题。采用培养学生的经济意识、工程意识、人文社科知识、管理与团队意识等多种措施,加强学生的非技术性能力的培养。对培养高素质、全面发展的应用型人才提供了有益的借鉴。
Taking the software engineering teaching practice as an example, according to the characteristics of engineering students, this paper discussed the problem of cultivating the non technical ability. By cultivating students' economic consciousness, consciousness of engineering, the knowledge of humanities and social sciences, management and team consciousness, it tries to strengthen the cultivation of students' non technical ability. It provides a useful reference in cultivating highquality and all -round development applied talents.
