摘要
以太行菊无菌不定芽为材料,改良MS(KNO3与KH2PO4用量加倍,其他成分维持不变)为基本培养基,通过添加不同种类(6-BA、NAA、KT、IBA)与用量的植物激素,研究了不同植物激素配比对太行菊不定芽增殖和生长的影响.结果表明:细胞分裂素6-BA较KT,生长素NAA较IBA更适宜太行菊不定芽的增殖与生长培养;培养基中6-BA与NAA不同质量浓度的组合对太行菊不定芽的增殖与生长产生较大的影响,当配以0.05 mg/L的NAA时,0.2 mg/L的6-BA较适宜太行菊不定芽的分化与增殖,而0.1 mg/L的6-BA较适合太行菊不定芽的生长和小苗的形成.
The effect of different combinations of plant hormones on adventitious buds proliferation and growth of Opisthopappus taihangensis were studied on different media based on the modified MS medium (content of KNO3, KH2PO4 doubled and other component unchanged) containing different types and concentration of hormone (6-BA, NAA,KT and IBA).The results showed that:hormone 6-BA and NAA,in comparison with KT and IBA,were more suitable for proliferation and growth of O. taihangensis adventitious buds.The hormone combination of 6-BA and NAA with different concentration had a significant impact on adventitious buds proliferation and growth of O. taihangensis.Under the same concentration of 0.05 mg/L NAA,the cytokinin 6-BA at a concentration of 0.2 mg/L was more suitable for proliferation and differentiation of adventitious buds,whereas 0.1 mg/L 6-BA was recommendable for growth and development of adventitious buds of O. taihangensis.
