Detection of diquat residue in soil by microwave digestion-HPLC

建立了微波消解-高效液相色谱法测定土壤中敌草快残留量的方法.添加回收率为80.69%-89.52%,相对标准偏差为3.79%-5.22%.测定结果表明：敌草快在土壤中的消解动态方程为C=164.72e-0.286 2T,半衰期为2.42 d.与传统的回流法比较,该方法快速、简便、准确度高.

The method for determining diquat residue in soil by microwave digestion-HPLC was established.The recovery was in the range of 80.69% -89.52% ,and the coefficients of variation varied from 3.79% to 5.22% .The results indicated that,the kinetic equations of diquat degradation in soil were C=164.72e^-0.2062T and the half lives were 2.42 ＆The method is rapid,simple,and accurate compared with the traditional refluxing method.
