城乡居民社会养老保险运行状况的调研报告——以云南省巍山县大仓镇为例

The Operating Investigation of Urban and Rural Social Pension Insurance——Taking Dacang Town, Weishan County, Yunnan Province as an Example

城乡居民社会养老保险制度是改善城乡二元结构的重要举措,有利于缩小城乡差距,维护社会稳定和公平。通过对云南省巍山县大仓镇城乡居民社会养老保险运行状况的调查,发现在取得成效的同时,也存在一些问题,并针对问题提出相应的对策建议,以期能为这一制度的可持续发展建言献策。

Urban and rural social pension insurance is an important measure to improve urban-rural dual structure, which is favorable for narrowing the gap between city and countryside and maintaining social stability and equity. Based on the operating investigation of urban and rural social pension insurance in Dacang Town,Weishan County of Yunnan Province, this paper found that there were still some problems although making some achievements. So countermeasures were put forward for developing the urban and rural social pension insurance.
