摘要
德育在素质教育中居首要地位,加之德育地位与现实的不对称,这是高校德育必须改革的理论和现实依据。近期改革可侧重探讨教学方式改革及抓紧双师型师资的培养引进,长期则可侧重探索"大德育"师资队伍的建设,强有力的师资是决定教育改革是否成功的关键。
Moral education takes the first priority in quality oriented education, which was practical and actual theory basis of moral education reform in university. The short-term reform should attach importance to the improvement of teaching methods and the cultivation of the double-professionally-titled teachers. And the longterm reform should take priority to the moral construction of the teaching staff, because the high-quality teaching staffs are the key to the success of the educational reform.
