态度心理与高校思想政治教育的实效性探析

Analyzing the Effectiveness Between Attitude Psychology and Ideological and Political Education

态度心理和思想政治教育有一定的契合性。高校思想政治教育的目的是培养大学生树立正确的"三观",以引导大学生的行为,说到底就是形成和转变人的态度。态度心理作为一种和人的需要、动机、思想、行为等密切相关的心理现象,在人的思想观念中处于核心地位,应该在高校思想政治教育中予以充分的重视。本文章分析态度心理理论,探讨态度心理对高校思想政治教育的价值维度以及分析了如何培养思想政治教育对象的优良态度心理,以提高高校思想政治教育的实效性的方法。

Attitude psychology has a close relationship with ideological and political education. The purpose of ideological and political education is training students to establish correct ＂Three Outlooks＂ in order to guide the students＇ behavior. Attitude psychology, closely related to the need, motive, thought and behavior, is a psychological phenomenon, which is the core of people＇s ideas and concepts and should be given enough attention in the ideological and political education. This article analyzed the theory of attitude psychology,explored its value dimensionality for ideological and political education. At last, this paper provided the effective methods to cultivate excellent psychological attitude.
