民办财经院校发展问题探析

Study on the Development of Private Colleges and Universities of Finance and Economics

基于生源的逐渐减少及普通高等学校职业化转型的新形势,民办财经院校所面临的风险和挑战越来越多,如何应对全新的挑战、进行经营策略的有效调整成为民办财经院校亟待解决的问题。文章在对我国高等教育发展现状做简要分析的基础上,提出了民办财经院校在发展中存在的问题,并结合民办财经院校发展实际,提出了完善民办财经院校发展策略的对策。

In recent years, the private higher education in our country has made great achievements. Private colleges and universi- ties of finance and economics play a more and more important role in the process of the transformation from a big manufacturing country to a power manufacturing country. But based on the students gradually reducing and the new situation of general institutes of higher ed- ucation professional transition, private universities of finance and economics face more and more risks and challenges. The problems that how to deal with new challenges and adjust effective business strategy become an urgent problem in the private colleges and univer- sities of finance and economics. On the basis of a brief analysis on the current situation of the development of higher education of our country, this paper puts forward the problems existing in the development of private universities of finance and economics. According to the development of private colleges and universities of finance and economics, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of perfecting the development strategy of private colleges and universities of finance and economics.
