新常态下高校学风建设的几点思考

Some Thinking About Academic Atmosphere in Universities Under New Normal

认识新常态、适应新常态、引领新常态,是当前和今后一个时期经济社会发展的主旋律,也是高校工作的大逻辑。学风建设在高校各项工作中居于基础性、全局性地位,对于推动高等教育现代化具有重要作用。当前,高校应坚持"质量为本、结构为先、特色为存、发展为要"的总体思路,以教育教学改革、学业辅导机制、生涯规划联动、特色学风文化、评价激励体系为基本载体,不断推动学风建设迈入"新常态"。

Knowing new normal, adapting to new normal, leading new normal are the main themes of economic and social develop- ment in a period in future and are also universities＇ work. Academic atmosphere construction is in fundamental and overall position in all work of universities, which plays an important role in propping higher education naodernization. At present, universities should in- sist on the general idea of ＂quality centered, structure first, characteristics as existence and development as importance＂. Carriers based on reform in teaching and education, study guidance system, career planning interaction, specific academic culture and assess- ment encouragement system gradually prop academic construction into new normal.
