摘要
高校教师评估机制构建的基本内容应以宏观发展因素为根本,探索微观因素所具有的根本意义,以有效明确学生评价主体性,体现出教师评估机制学生主体性所具有的核心价值,与中国高等教育时代发展方向相统一。研究表明,学生主体性是时代教育发展的必然方向,教师评估机制的建立以及教学质量的保障具有相应的客观说明及主观推动作用。
Basic content of constructing university teacher evaluation mechanism should take macro development factors as the fun- damental, explore fundamental significance of micro factors to effectively determine student subjectivity, which reflect the unity between core value of students' subjectivity in teacher evaluation mechanism and era development direction of Chinese higher education. Re- search shows that student subjectivity is the inevitable direction of education era development, and construction of teacher evaluation mechanism and guarantee of teaching quality play a objective corresponding description and subjective promotion role.
