摘要
联合国教科文组织在20世纪90年代积极推动创业教育发展,提出创业教育概念并进行内涵解读,论证高校广泛开展创业教育的必要性与紧迫性,明确在高校普遍开展创业教育、培养高校毕业生创业能力的重要意义,对创业教育的科学发展起到了不可估量的助推作用。最大限度地促进了高等教育各层面、各环节的国际交流与合作,推动高等教育水平和质量的整体提升,为在全球范围内广泛开展创业教育奠定了坚实基础。
in the 1990s, the United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) actively promoted the de- velopment of entrepreneurship education, proposed the concept of entrepreneurship education and interpreted its connotation, proved the necessity and urgency for universities to develop entrepreneurship education extensively, clarified the significance for universities to develop entrepreneurship education and to foster graduates entrepreneurship ability, and therefore gave an immeasurable promoting to the scientific development of entrepreneurship education. UNESCO, to the largest extent, promoted the international communication and cooperation of higher education in each level and link, enhanced the overall standard and quality of higher education and laid a sol- id foundation for the universal development of entrepreneurship education.
