摘要
在我国,实践性法学教育刚刚起步,是现行法学教育的补充与发展,其从应用型专业人才培养的角度出发,有机地将理论培养和职业训练相融合,实现了法学教育的新创举。研究表明,实践性法学教育的实施要注重实践性教学模式的选择与设计,实现目标性教学和研究性教学的结合。
In China, the practical law teaching is just beginning, which serves as a supplementation and auxiliary development for current law education system. The practical law teaching, with the purpose of cultivating applicable professional talents, organically in- tegrates the theoretical training and career training, and realizes the innovative achievement for law education. The research results show practical law teaching method focuses on the selection and design of practical teaching mode, realizing the combination of target teaching and research teaching.
