摘要 通过对核桃峪矿井副立井及回风立井所穿特殊地层的研究分析,确定了井筒采用冻结法施工。基于该矿两井筒冻结深度大、地质条件特殊,提出超深冻结立井外层井壁设计时基岩冻结压力应综合考虑、内层井壁荷载计算应考虑含水层静水位及载荷折减系数的影响、整体浇注壁座安全设置方法以及超深冻结立井井壁结构设计应考虑的因素。 Through the research and analysis on the drilling complicatedness of special stratum conditions in auxiliary vertical shafts and return -air vertical shafts of Hetaoyu Coal Mine, freezing method was adopted for shaft construction. According to the large freezing depth and special geological condition of these two shafts, important factors for shaft design was proposed, including: overall consideration for ultra - deep freezing shaft wall design and freezing pressure of bed rock, the influence of static water level in aquifer and load reduction coefficient on shaft - lining load calculation, methods for setting up monolithic pouring shaft wall, and other factors to be considered in the design of ultra - deep freezing shaft wall structure.
