摘要
为了充分回收利用煤矿矿井回风及排水中的低品味热能,解决煤矿生产过程中成本过高等问题,依据冷热负荷计算、热泵供热和供冷能力分析设计了矿井低温热能综合利用技术方案,并对投资及经济效益进行分析。结果表明,利用该低品位热能利用技术,每年可减少耗煤量约11016t标准煤,减少CO2和SO2排放量分别约为28641t和220t,年节省运行费用479万元。
Aiming at the full recovery and utilization of the low - grade heat energy in mine return air and drainage, and the high production cost, the comprehensive utilization scheme of low - grade heat energy was designed according to the calculation of cooling and heating load and analysis of heat and cooling supply capacity. The results show that, the systems can save 11016 tons of standard coal, and reduce about 28641 tons of CO2 and 220 tons of SO2 emission, saving 4. 79 million Yuan of operation cost each year.
