摘要
针对大倾角破碎特厚煤层综放工作面回采巷道支护失效的问题,深入分析了锚网索喷支护失效的原因,在对锚杆、锚索安装配套材料的规格及强度和锚索涨紧强度、锚杆预紧扭矩、托锚力等相关技术参数进行现场测试的基础上,形成并成功地实施了适合大倾角破碎特厚煤层综放工作面回采巷道围岩控制的"三高、三小、三及时、两协调、一让压"、薄弱部位补强、较大托盘护表的锚网索喷支护关键技术,使深部回采巷道围岩得到有效控制。
Aiming at support failure in mining roadway of fully mechanized top coal caving face in broken ultra - thick coal seam with large dip angle, the reason was analyzed for failure of bolt - mesh - cable - shotcreting support, based on tests on the specifications and strength of matching material for installation of bolt and cable, tensioning strength of cable, bolt pre -tightening torque, supporting force and other related technical parameters in coal mine underground field, the key bolt - mesh - cable - shotereting support technology was developed and practiced in mining roadway of fully mechanized top coal caving face in broken ultra - thick coal seam with large dip angle, including "Three high, Three small, Three timely, Two Coordinated, One strength yielding", weak parts strengthening and table supporting with large tray, surrounding rock of thedeep mining roadway was effectively controlled.
