摘要
针对渝阳煤矿北三区+200m岩石轨道巷围岩变形严重、支护效果差的问题,分析了锚网喷支护巷道围岩破坏的原因,提出采用锚注支护对+200m岩石轨道巷进行修复加固,并设计了锚注支护方案及支护参数。结果表明:+200m岩石轨道巷采取锚注修复加固支护后,有效控制了巷道围岩变形,两帮及顶板分别在38d和46d内达到稳定,位移速度小于0.15mm/d,支护效果显著,巷道稳定情况良好。
Aiming at the serious surrounding rock deformation and poor effect of original support in + 200m rock transport roadway of North 3 district in Yuyang Coal Mine, the cause of surrounding rock breaking in bolt - mesh supported roadway was analyzed, a bolt- shotcreting support scheme and the support parameters were designed to repair and consolidate the + 200m transport roadway in rock. The application results showed that, the surrounding rock deformation was effectively controlled, the ribs and roof stabilized in 38 and 46 days respectively, with the displacement speed lower than 0. 15mm/d, the roadway was stabilized.
