摘要
针对宏达煤矿21021复采工作面煤自然发火事故,分析了复采工作面高位浮煤自燃诱导因素和治理难点。在此基础上,应用了以三相阻化泡沫快速降温、覆盖充填裂隙为主,合理调整通风设施实现局部、均压减少漏风为辅的火区综合治理技术,并探索了过松散采空区两级套管钻进工艺。治理后火区内氧气浓度明显降低,其余各项指标均满足火区启封要求。
Aiming at the spontaneous combustion accident of 21021 second mining face in Hongda coal mine, the induced factors and management difficulties of losing coal spontaneous combustion in second mining face were analyzed. On this basis, a series of comprehensive fire area control technologies were applied, including rapid cooling and fracture coverage with three- phase inhibition foam injection, assisted by reasonable adjustment of ventilation facilities to reduce partial pressure and air leakage, and the loose goaf drilling technique with two - stage casing was explored. After treatment, the oxygen concentration of fire area significantly decreased, the rest of the indicators satisfied the requirements of fire area unsealing.
