摘要
针对近距离残煤复采期间易产生自然发火等问题,采用综合机械化放顶煤一次采全高采煤法对上下煤层进行合采及错层位巷道布置系统,在此基础上,分析了工作面回采后易产生自然发火的区域,并采取了充填发泡材料、喷洒阻化剂及注氮等防灭火技术,研究可为类似条件的矿井自然发火防治技术提供一定的借鉴意义。
Aiming at the spontaneous combustion in the upper residual coal remining of Xishan mining area, a mining scheme was proposed, using fully mechanized top coal full - seam caving for the lower coal seam mining and stagger roadway arrangement system. On this basis, the potential spontaneous combustion area in working after mining was analyzed, a fire prevention and extinguishing scheme was proposed, using the filling foam materials and stopping agent spraying and nitrogen injection technology. The study can offer references for spontaneous combustion prevention and control in similar coal mine.
