摘要 针对胶带、铲车、簸箕、汽车衡及溜槽等汽车装载设备装车时需反复启停汽车、装载后需人工堆高平车的问题,为提高煤炭等散装物料汽车装载运输行业的自动化水平,提出了基于悬吊刮板的自动化装载及平车工艺,研制出一种汽车装车站用主动式布料平车装置并与快速定量汽车装车站集成后推广应用。多个矿区现场使用表明:装置实现了汽车入位后的快速定量装载和自动布料平车,40t载重货车装车效率约提高60%、缩短为2min,车厢内料堆截面满足运输要求,无需人工修整。 In the truck loading using belt conveyor, forklifts, dustpan, motor truck scale and chute, the truck repeatedly starts and stops, after loading, manual leveling is required. In order to improve the automation level of truck loading and transportation for bulk materials, such as coal, an automatic loading and leveling process based on suspension scraper was proposed. An active loading and leveling device for truck loading station was developed, which was integrated with truck loading station and applied in coal mines. The application showed that, the device realized rapid quantitative loading and automatic leveling, for a 40- ton truck, the loading efficiency was improved by nearly 60% and the loading time was reduced to 2min, the transport requirements for compartment section were satisfied without manual adjustment.
