以信息系统的深化应用来提高炼化企业的经济效益,改进管理运营模式已经成为企业提升自身竞争力的一个重要手段和有效支撑。中国石化为此提出了信息化发展的"十六字方针",即:"集中集成、创新提升、共享服务、协同智能"。以此为指导,中国石化九江分公司开展了智能工厂的建设工作,本文结合智能工厂建设和信息系统的深化应用,着重从智能工厂的科学设计以及信息系统的使用者这两个方面,并插入事实案例来介绍如何有效发挥信息系统的作用,达到增加企业效益、改进企业管理的目标。

To deepen the application of information system to improve economic benefits of petrochemical enterprises, improve management business model has become an important tool for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and effective support.Information development of Sinopec proposed a ＂16-character guideline＂,namely： ＂focus on integration,innovation and improvement,shared services,and collaborative intelligence.＂ Based on this guidance,Sinopec Jiujiang branch intelligent plant-building work,combined with intelligent plant building and deepening the application of information system,focusing on intelligent information system for plant design and users of these two aspects,and inserting a factual case to show you how to play effectively the role of information systems,to increase enterprise efficiency,improved business management goals.
