护场理论源流与应用范围探讨

护场理论在中医外科学中具有重要地位,了解其内涵形成之源流、探究其外延之范围是合理运用此理论的前提。文章通过对中医古籍、现代文献以及临床资料的搜集整理,探讨了护场理论的源流及发展。随着护场理论在慢性难愈性皮肤溃疡、恶性肿瘤等多种疾病的治疗中起到了重要的指导作用,现代护场理论也逐渐深化为局部的正邪交争,正气对邪气的约束过程。护场理论的延伸使得其在当今应用范围更加广泛,治疗手段也更加丰富,在多种中医外科疾病的治疗中显示出了良好的应用前景。

Hu-Chang theory has an important position in surgery of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） and it is precondition for clinical usage to understand its origin connotation and to explore its extension scope. This article discusses the origin and development of Hu-Chang theory via ancient and modern TCM literature reviews and clinical data collection. With its guidance effects in the treatment of varied diseases such as chronic refractory skin ulcers and cancer, modern Hu-Chang theory has gradually deepen into local struggle between healthy qi and pathogenic factor. Extension of the Hu-Chang theory makes it have more applications in both diseases scopes and approaches, thus making it have a promising application prospect in the treatment of varied TCM surgery diseases.
