Professor SONG Xin-wei's clinical experience in treating scleroderma

宋欣伟教授系第五批全国名老中医药专家之一,擅长风湿免疫性疾病的中医药防治,认为硬皮病属本虚标实之证,以肺脾肾阳气亏虚为本,风寒湿三气杂至为标,阳虚寒盛是基本病机,治疗上注重从寒论治。在辨治经验上有补可祛实、重用黄芪,药对联用、复法力宏,化痰祛瘀、贯穿始终,分期论治、标本兼顾。并列举1则验案以飨同道。

Professor SONG Xin-wei, one of the 5th national-famous veteran doctors of TCM, is good at TCM prevention of rheumatism and immunology disease. He considered that the syndrome of scleroderma mainly lies in two aspects of deficiency in origin and enrichment in symptom. It is argued that scleroderma is caused by lung-spleen-kidney yang deficiency and the three evil gas including of wind, cold and humid mix each other, yang deficiency and cold abundance is the basic pathogenesis. The treatment is focused on cold syndrome. In the course of syndrome differentiation and treatment of scleroderma, professor SONG presents a series of therapeutic principle as follows： Notification could remove pathogenic qi, so Huangqi is reused; Combination of medication pairs and various measures are more effective; The method of dissipating phlegm and blood stasis is throughout the course of therapy; Diagnosing and treating by stage, both the cause and symptom of disease are important. One proved case is illustrated for sharing.
