连建伟教授辨治口齿疾患验案4则

Four proved cases by professor LIAN Jian-wei's differentiation and treatment on mouth-tooth diseases

口齿疾患古代医家多有论述,包括茧唇、口疮、齿痛、舌症、喉痹、喉间杂症等。连建伟教授谙熟经典,治疗口齿类疾患,以中医整体辨证思想为指导,制方用药求于本而活于法。文章通过调和木土法以愈口疮案、清胃凉血法以愈鼻疮案、益气养心法以愈言语謇涩案、益气摄血法以愈舌衄案此4则验案,论述连建伟教授临证如何运用中医辨证法则治疗口齿类疾病,以示中医辨证之神奇,连教授用药之巧妙,以期为临证论治相关疾病提供新的思路。

There are a lot of discussions about mouth-tooth diseases in ancient medical literatures, including lip cancer, aphtha, dentalgia, tongue disease, throat obstruction, miscellaneous internal disease of throat and so on. Professor LIAN Jian-wei is familiar with classics and treats mouth-tooth diseases based on the mature and manifestations of disease and flexible treatment, guided by the integral syndrome differentiation theory of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）. In this paper, 4 proved cases are illustrated, treating aphtha with therapy of harmonizing the liver and spleen, treating nose ulcers with therapy of clearing stomach and cooling blood, treating dysphasia with therapy of benefiting qi and nourishing heart, and treating tongue bleeding with therapy of reinforcing qi for hemostasis, in order to discuss the TCM syndrome differentiation applied in treatment of mouth-tooth diseases by professor LIAN Jian-wei. This paper demonstrats the mystery of TCM syndrome differentiation and the ingenious prescription of professor LIAN, in order to provide a new therapy theory for related diseases.
