通过对中医治未病思想内涵的深刻理解,分析肾在人体生长壮老已过程中的盛衰变化规律,并根据中医从肾治未病理论探析补肾法在防治常见老年病中的应用,发现从肾防治常见老年病有着坚实的理论基础,既有动物实验基础,又有临床实践的客观验证。因此,在对常见老年病的防治中应重视其肾虚的基本病理基础,在辨证论治的基础上适当予以补肾之法。

By understanding the connotations of preventive treatment of disease, it is analyzed variation of kidney in human life process. According to the theory of preventive treatment of disease from kidney of TCM, to analyze the application of the method of supplement kidney in prevention and treatment of common geriatrics. It is founded that the prevention and treatment of common geriatric from kidney has a solid theoretical foundation, and has been objectively verified in clinical practice and animal experiments. The prevention and treatment of common geriatric doctors should be paid attention to its pathological basis, using method to supplement kidney as well as treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
