中西医结合治疗痰瘀阻络型糖尿病痛性神经病变临床疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of integration of Chinese medicine and western medicine on alleviating pain of diabetic neuropathy with phlegm-stasis blocking meridian syndrome

目的:观察中西医结合治疗痰瘀阻络型糖尿病痛性神经病变(PDN)的临床疗效。方法:将79例PDN患者随机分为两组,对照组采用西医常规治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上加行电针及中药足浴(活血通脉汤)。治疗结束后,比较两组治疗抑郁评分、疼痛评分、踝肱指数(ABI)及双下肢血管超声。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者抑郁评分、疼痛评分显著降低(P<0.05),ABI及双下肢血管超声无明显变化。结论:中西医结合治疗PDN疗效确切,易于临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effects of integration of Chinese medicine and western medicine on alleviating painful diabetic neuropathy（PDN）. Methods： Seventy-nine patients were randomly divided into two groups. The routine therapy was carried out in the control group. The acupuncture and foot bath with Chinese medicine（the compound of invigorating blood） were added into the treatment group. The depression score, pain score, ankle-brachium index（ABI） and the double limb vascular ultrasound were measured between the two groups. Results： Compared with the control group, the depression score and pain score decreased significantly in the treatment group（P〈0.05）. There was no difference in the ABI and vascular ultrasound between the two groups. Conclusion： The integration of Chinese medicine and western medicine is effective on PDN, which is convenient for clinical application.
