参附益肾胶囊治疗高海拔地区糖尿病肾病临床观察

Clinical observation of Shenfu Yishen Capsules on diabetic nephropathy with high altitude area

目的:观察参附益肾胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将100例高海拔地区"阳虚血瘀证"早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组51例和对照组49例,对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予以参附益肾胶囊口服,1次3粒,1日2次,治疗12周后评定临床疗效。结果:治疗组临床总有效率92.16%,优于对照组的65.31%(P<0.01);治疗组尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)、尿微量白蛋白测定(MALB)、24h尿蛋白测定,改善TG明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:参附益肾胶囊治疗高海拔地区"阳虚血瘀证"早期糖尿病肾病有显著作用。

To observe the etficacy of Shenfu Yishen Capsules in treatin diabetic nephropa. Methods： Finished the clinical manifestations of TCM, concrete therapeutic method and clinical cases observation of EDN with syndrome of yang deficiency and blood stasis in high altitude localities, and made the curative effect evaluation standard. Designed the clinical research plan of comprehensive Chinese medical treatment of DN in high altitude localities, and screened clinical cases according to the scientific research and design route and requirements strictly. 100 EDN patients with syndrome of yang deficiency and blood stasis in high altitude localities were randomly divided into treatment group（51 cases） and control group（49 cases）, and assessed the results after three months of treatment. Results： The total clinical effective rate of treatment group was 92.16%, and control group was 65.31%, and the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.01）. The improvement of UAER, MALB, 24 h urine protein determination, TG and TC of patients in treatment group was better than that of control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The therapeutical effect of Shenfu Yishen capsule in treating with EDN patients with syndrome of yang deficiency and blood stasis in high altitude localities was significant. There was high popularization value of Shenfu Yishen Capsules in treating with EDN patients with syndrome of yang deficiency and blood stasis in high altitude localities.
